Actively engaged in energy efficiency & sustainability Business.

02. Managing Director

Mr.Mallour Rajesh Kumar holds Master in Business Administration in Finance in Anna University, Chennai. He is Partner in Abhay Corporate Consultancy which is engaged in the business of Consulting and Corporate Services to multiple Corporates. Mr. Mallour Rajesh Kumar has been actively involved in supporting Managements of different Corporate Bodies as Advisor especially in Infrastructure space. Mr. Mallour Rajesh Kumar is proficient in the Corporate Laws and has in depth knowledge Corporate Management and has the ability to accurately apply knowledge to analyze the corporate/legal intricacies and resolving issues.

03. Director

Mr K Bhakthavatsala Reddy has done B.Tech (Civil). He is an Industrialist and has been with the Company as a Director from 11/04/2006. He has wide exposure in the business of forming residential layouts and executing civil engineering construction and in the construction of commercial complex under joint venture.

Mr.Sanga Tejaswi Mr.Sanga Tejaswi is a young, dynamic, astute and goal-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in Banking & Financial operations. He has first-hand experience in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Regulation and Supervision of Central Banking. He has specialized in both over-the-counter and exchange traded derivatives of various financial instruments. He has a penchant for due-diligence and regulatory compliance. With a hands-on experience in Structural Liquidity Analysis & Forex Management, he brings in immense value to the financial operations of the organization. He is deft in building and leading strong heterogeneous teams so as to ensure higher operational efficiency. Being proactive in quality management, he brings on board efficient quality management techniques so as to bring down deficiencies, redundancies and costs.

Ms.Rupal PandeyMs.Rupal Pandey is a qualified Company Secretary holding ACS M.No A70332. She was earlier associated with firms namely K.C & Co., Company Secretaries and AP & Associates, Company Secretaries. She has 4 years of experience in the fields of legal and Company law.
