Mr.Ramesh Satagopan has over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, with extensive expertise in Capital Markets and Private Equity. He is well-versed in the financial services industry and skilled in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Financial Structuring, Corporate Finance, Business Development, and Valuation. He also has significant experience in Project Structuring, Management, and Administration and is actively engaged in the energy efficiency and sustainability business.

02. Director

Mr K Bhakthavatsala Reddy holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and has been associated with the Company as a Director since 11/04/2006. He is an industrialist with wide exposure in developing residential layouts, executing civil engineering construction projects, and constructing commercial complexes under joint ventures.

03. Whole-time Director & CFO

Mr.Sanga Tejaswi Mr.Sanga Tejaswi is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in banking and financial operations. He has hands-on experience in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Central Banking Regulation and Supervision. He specializes in both over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives across various financial instruments and has strong expertise in due diligence and regulatory compliance. With experience in Structural Liquidity Analysis and Forex Management, he adds significant value to the Company’s financial operations. He is also adept at building and leading diverse teams and implementing efficient quality management practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs..

Ms. Sravana Sudhamsa Nimmaraju Ms. Sravana Sudhamsa Nimmaraju,is a Commerce (B.Com.) and Law (LL.B.) graduate with over 15 years of experience in legal and finance functions. Her expertise includes litigation support, legal research, commercial contract management, risk mitigation, corporate restructuring, post-merger integration analysis, and forensic investigations across healthcare and energy sectors.

Ms. Mounika Bandam Ms. Mounika Bandam, is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS M. No. 77289) with over 7 years of experience in corporate compliances, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. She holds an MBA in Finance, has cleared CA Final (Group II), and possesses strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.
